
Recreational activities are often done for amusement, enjoyment, pleasure, and for other things that is considered fun to do. Recreation is very important for people, since it makes both mind and body healthy and refreshed from stress.
To date, the real meaning of recreation is distorted and perverted. A lot of people are becoming obese and in the verge of malnutrition due to lack of physical activity. As a typical scenario for a day, a person spend hours just sitting in front of computer in the office and watching television shows once at home. Being overweight or malnourished are just parts of the health problems imposed by lack of recreation aside from stress, depression, or weakening of the body due to lack of physical fitness activities.
